Rob Gartshore MSC PD, B Cons. (const. economics) MZIQS

Director

Rob is the Managing Director of BRS and is based in our Tauranga office.

 

Rob has considerable experience in the wider construction and property development industry and has a real focus on establishing and growing businesses. As a qualified Quantity Surveyor he has real world grasp on the growth and development of a business to ensure turnover budgets are exceeded whilst profit levels are maintained. Whilst not directly involved in the day to day management of the business Rob provides support and guidance to the Senior Management Team in the South & North Islands.

Cameron McNab

General Manager

Cameron comes to BRS with a an extensive back ground in Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Management which has included managing teams from 5 up to 300. Past roles have included National Operations Manager for a large franchise cleaning company, General Manager for a National Restoration business and managing the cleaning services for two of New Zealand’s major hospitals. Contract management and relationship building has always been an essential part of these roles. Understanding the client needs to deliver above and beyond their expectations.

Iain Robertson

Commercial Manager

Iain is our Commercial Manager based in our Auckland office and has over 14 years’ experience in various General Management roles within the joinery and interiors industry. With his natural talent for communication Iain’s core role is to maintain and nurture existing Client relationships and developing new business opportunities with Client or brands. Iain also assists with developing and implementing key management systems within the business. Outside of work Iain enjoys fishing and is an avid sailor.
