Rob is the General Manager for Gartshore Group and is based in Tauranga.
Rob has considerable experience within the construction industry.Upon graduating, Rob joined Fletcher Construction for several years, as a Quantity Surveyor/ Project manager. He then left for overseas and was appointed a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager for some of the world’s most prestigious projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Dale is an experienced and qualified Manager that excels in the management of staff and resources in the asbestos removal and meth decontamination industry.
Dale has worked seamlessly with multiple international insurance companies and other such corporates including large housing trusts, IWI etc. Therefore he understands and appreciates the need for pro-activenes, speed, honesty, transparency and other such facets involved in key account management.
Dale spent 10 years in Queensland, Australia, gaining invaluable experience working for large restoration companies carrying out flood and mould remediation for large international restoration companies. Dale relocated back to Christchurch, NZ in January 2011 before the February Earthquakes and continued to working in the hazardous material industry, carrying out methamphetamine decontaminations, asbestos removal and mould remediation throughout NZ.

Dale then was employed by Building Remediation Services Ltd to run their asbestos removal in CHCH. Dale went about setting up a national structure for the business and diversifying the business from asbestos removal into methamphetamine and mould decontamination.
Dales ability to identify business opportunities, build key customer relationships and negotiate and close business deals have maximized Building Remediation Services market position and financial growth.
Health and Safety Manager
Julia has over 20 years experience in the Health & Wellbeing industry, with 10 years of that being involved in the Construction industry. Julia completed her MBA in Construction Project Management and Health and Safety through the University of Canterbury in 2006.
Julia is passionate about ensuring all works undertaken by Building Remediation Services Limited is done so in a safe manner with due consideration to the surrounding environment.
Julia has implemented a number of Health & Safety systems and processes in her years with Gartshore and continues to upskill our staff and sub-contractors. Given the hazardous nature and environmental impacts the Construction industry has Julia is a valuable asset to our team.
One of Julia’s latest achievements has been obtaining a rating of 90% in Appcon for Building Remediation Services Ltd
James is the quantity surveyor for the BRSL group and is based in the Christchurch head office.
James has recently made a career move from commercial construction through to building remediation. With his knowledge, track record of successful labour and project management James has gone onto become a key member of the BRSL team.
James Has recently moved to New Zealand from England and has hit the ground running. Joining BRSL in 2016 he has already successfully completed several decontamination projects on both Meth and Asbestos projects and has grown from strength to strength.
With a plethora of experience of working within Australia, England and New Zealand he is adaptable and versatile and is keen to work on specialist projects and increase his industry knowledge and project experience.
During James short time here he has gone on to become a key team member in the organisation and utilising his previous knowledge and skills is currently developing BRSL procedures and processes in order to provide the best possible service for all of our customers.
Cameron comes to BRSL with a an extensive back ground in Commercial Cleaning and Facilities Management which has included managing teams from 5 up to 300. Past roles have included National Operations Manager for a large franchise cleaning company, General Manager for a National Restoration business and managing the cleaning services for two of New Zealand’s major hospitals. Contract management and relationship building has always been an essential part of these roles. Understanding the client needs to deliver above and beyond their expectations.
